Global World SeriesGlobal Sports Baseball will offer World Series Qualifiers, State Championships and World Series events.  Global Sports Baseball World Series Qualifiers will award berths to the Global Sports Baseball World Series and teams will earn USSSA NIT points.  Qualifiers will be limited to three (3) or four (4) per state.

Global Sports Baseball State Championships will be played Friday - Sunday and will be a four (4) game guarantee event awarding teams State Championship points.

The Global Sports Baseball World Series will begin on Wednesday with a Manager's Meeting & Opening Ceremonies.  Play will begin Thursday morning with champions being crowned on Sunday. The Global Sports Baseball World Series will be a six (6) game guarantee event.

Global Sports Baseball Team Registration

To participate in a Global Sports Baseball World Series Qualifiers and State Championships each team must be registered with USSSA Baseball and Global Sports Baseball.  Teams may register at www.usssa.com.  Global Sports Baseball registration is $15.00 per season year.

  • Award Global Sports Baseball World Series berths.
  • Award USSSA NIT Points.
  • Teams may enter multiple qualifiers to increase their chances. 
Teams that qualify for the Global Sports Baseball World Series are not guaranteed a specific World Series location.  Qualified teams must enter the Global Sports Baseball World Series online at www.usssa.com on a first come, first served basis.

Global Sports Baseball State Championships

  • Award USSSA State Level Points.
  • Open to all classes 9U – 14U (Elite WS qualified teams are ineligible).
  • Three (3) game guarantee with a five (5) game average per team.
  • No qualification necessary.
  • Teams attending a Global Sports Baseball World Series MUST play in the Global Sports Baseball State Championship.

Teams will play two (2) pool games.  After pool play, the teams will be seeded 1 - 16.

BRACKET PLAY

The eight (8) teams that lose in the first round of bracket play will advance to the "Blue Championship".  The eight (8) teams that win in the first round of bracket play will advance to the "Red Championship".

Global Sports Baseball World Series

  • Open to all classes 9U – 14U (Elite WS qualified teams are ineligible).
  • Limited to the first 24 teams per age division to qualify & enter online.
  • Teams are allowed two (2) "Write In" players on their roster. ("Write In" players may not be on an Elite WS qualified team.)
  • Opening ceremonies held Wednesday evening.
  • Five (5) day World Series event (Wednesday – Sunday).
  • Six (6) game guarantee with a seven (7) game average per team.
  • Pool play and bracket play.
  • Three (Red, White & Blue) championship elimination brackets.
  • Each bracket will crown a World Series Champion.
  • Multiple World Series sites.
  • Teams may participate in multiple World Series.

POOL PLAY

GSB Pool

Teams will play three (3) pool games.  The six (6) pool winners plus two (2) wildcards will be seeded 1 - 8 for bracket play and will receive first round byes.  The remaining teams will be seeded 9 - 24.
