Florida Travel Ball would like to thank all the teams that participated in the 2nd Annual FTB Toys for Tots. All the children from the Women’s Residential and Counseling Center were be able to look forward to a great Christmas.
With the help of family and friends of baseball players from Orlando Tigers (Coach Tim, Timmie Morrow, Cody Naginey), Wolverines (Bradly Pfeil), Bad Boys (Jordan Morrow), and a future 8u team (Coach Tambria, Caitlyn Naginey) hundreds of toys were delivered to the center on Christmas Eve. The Women’s Residential and Counseling is a transitional living facility for homeless women and their children. Seventy-five percent of the women and children living at the center were victims of crime, predominantly domestic violence. The staff at the center were grateful for all the donated toys from Florida Travel Ball. The children received their gifts after dinner on Christmas Eve.
